The bearer of this notice has purchased high resolution digital fles from his/her photography session with Bashing Bagpipes Studios,
Bearer neaty granted, permission by BashingBagpipes Studios to reproduce the images and make an unimited number of prints for personal use only
This permission applies worldwide. Bearer agrees that he/she may not use any BashingBagpipes studios images for commercial o reditoral purposes,
(or enter any BashingBagipes Studios images into competition withouthe express witten consent of BashingBagpipes Studios images are limited to
being reproduced to 8 x10 size.

Images cannot be printed at any of the folowing establishments. CVS, Walgreens, Sam's Club, Target, Waimart, Costco, or any other big box chain stores.

BashingBagpipes Studios retains the copyright to all images,
per US Title 17 (US Copyright Law)

Copyright and Licensing Notice
The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not imited to printing, copying,
emaling, and web pubishing, Your-license does not includeuse that results in financial gain, ineluding but not imited to: adhetising, stock photography,
pint sale profits, or resale of any nature,

Your purchase of the original fies releases Bashing Bagpipes Studios from any lability due to loss or damage of
the images, and also releases BashingBaguipes Studios from any obligation to maimiain copies of any digial file, image, or photograph.

You herby grant to Bashing Bagpipes Studios the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photograahy session to further promote
its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertsement, and editorial use.

BashingBegpipes Studios agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only

BashingBagpipes Studios may revoke the license at any time for any reason

BashingBagpipes Studios retains all copyright to the images and derivative works thereof.
By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms
